When exporting a tiff file from nikon z9 I noticed that the edges of the objects look like a mosaic, on my sony a7riii there is no such thing. Maybe the reason is stacked matrix ?

I don't think it's because of the sensor, but hard to say anything even remotely definitive without studying this particular out-of-camera NEF.

It looks like the shot suffers from rather significant chromatic aberrations and overall lack of acutance, and that, in my experience, calls for a thorough filter / lens / sensor cleaning, focus test, and overall equipment check.
