I read this article some time ago it does not explain why highlights become pink when Linear Raw Curve selected because some ARW images from same camera have this pink highlights, others dont have pink highlights so its not due to format, but some other variable. Or that's only the white color becomes pink.Could you provide more detailed info on that?

Modern/current Sony camera models have several RAW recording formats.
Make sure you're comparing the format described in this article, and not other/newer versions.
